We welcome parent involvement at Los Molinos Elementary School. Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education generally are more successful in school and in life.
Please visit our school office any time and stay in touch with your child’s teacher – see the Staff Directory for contact information.
We also welcome donations of time, money, materials and expertise. Thanks for helping to make Los Molinos Elementary School the best we can be.
Our parent booster club is an amazing group of parents. We plan and host several events throughout the year to raise money for our students to take field trips that allow them to go out of the area and see other parts of Northern California. The Halloween Carnival and Breakfast with Santa are our two main events for the year to bring some fun and community gathering to our school. In addition, we lead the Cookie Dough fundraiser, provide monetary awards for Honor and Merit Roll, support the Book Giveaway led by, Jill Botts, and help support our athletic program. We are always looking for people to come with fresh ideas and enthusiasm. This group meets once a month (second tuesday) and would love to see many more parents involved. If you can't attend a meeting, there are always events and activities we need help and support with.
